Allan Blain has been a realtor working with clients in residential sales since 1978. He is the Broker of Record and owner of Atlas Realty (Windsor) Inc. since 1983. He has expanded his expertise as a real estate developer (since 1990), developing parts of Riverview, Outram Avenue, Monty, Victory Estates subdivision and the Strawberry Gardens Townhomes (a 50+ lifestyle) all in LaSalle. Some of which were in partnerships. He is always looking for parcels to develop.

Steve Baillargeon, Sales Representative
Steve Baillargeon was born and raised in South Windsor and now resides in Fontainebleau with his wife Sarah, daughter Ruby and son Henry. Steve is a graduate of Holy Names High School and continued his post-secondary education at St. Clair College, followed by OREA College. Steve became part of the Atlas Realty team in the winter of 2019 and obtained his Real Estate License in 2008. Steve, has a special place in his heart for Autism and supports related charities in any way he can. He enjoys camping, science fiction, reading and loves spending time with his family and friends. Steve's professionalism and knowledge and attention to detail assist in providing a competent and enjoyable experience to each and every client and family.
